Atlas Circuits Inc. supplies fire detection and alarm systems, low-voltage electrical distribution and protection products, industrial control equipment, access control and intercom systems, busway systems, and related auxiliary products.

ACI carries established brands including Hochiki, Sanjiang, Himel, Schneider Electric, Akuvox, Max Electric, and SG Fire System. Available brands and product lines may vary depending on the project requirement.

Not all products are regularly stocked. Availability depends on the brand, model, quantity, and project requirement. ACI can check current inventory, incoming supply, lead times, and available sourcing options.

Send your BOQ or product list, quantities, preferred brand or technical specifications, project location, and required delivery date. Plans, drawings, datasheets, or equipment schedules may also be submitted when applicable.

Prices may change after the quotation validity period or when supplier pricing, exchange rates, freight costs, taxes, availability, or specifications change. Revised requirements may require a new quotation.

ACI serves customers across the Philippines through its locations and logistics partners. Delivery coverage, charges, and schedules depend on the destination, product type, order size, and applicable handling requirements.

Following inspection and investigation by Atlas Circuits Inc.’s authorized personnel, products confirmed to have defects covered by the applicable warranty will be replaced.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, storage, handling, misuse, unauthorized modification, operation outside product specifications, normal wear and tear, or force majeure.

For faster processing, warranty claims must include:

• Proof of purchase or sales invoice
• Delivery receipt or order reference
• Brand, model, quantity, and serial number, if applicable
• Clear description of the issue
• Photos or videos showing the defect
• Installation or commissioning records, when applicable

The product must be returned or shipped to the Atlas Circuits Inc. office for inspection. Return, shipping, and pickup arrangements shall follow ACI’s warranty procedure.
