Head office

HR & Organizational Development Specialist

Reporting to the COO, this role builds and manages ACI's people development and HR systems — onboarding, training, employee growth, policies, performance reviews, conflict resolution, employee documentation, and offboarding. It does not handle payroll computation, but ensures employees are properly onboarded, trained, evaluated, supported, corrected when needed, and developed according to ACI's business needs.

  • Onboarding and probationary management: build onboarding checklists per role, conduct HR orientation, coordinate department-level onboarding, and track 30/60/90/150-day probationary evaluations.
  • Training and employee development: build the annual and monthly training calendar, maintain the employee skills matrix, coordinate internal and principal-led training, and prepare development plans for high-potential employees.
  • Performance management: implement the performance review process, guide managers in fair and documented evaluations, and track post-review actions such as coaching, training, PIP, or promotion.
  • Policies and HR systems: draft and maintain HR policies, handbook, forms, and templates, secure employee policy acknowledgements, and maintain employee records and HR trackers.
  • Employee relations and conflict resolution: document employee concerns, conduct fact-finding, facilitate conflict resolution, prepare incident reports, and escalate serious cases to management.
  • Offboarding and clearance: implement the resignation and offboarding process, ensure clearance checklist completion, track return of company property and system access removal, and conduct exit interviews.
  • HR reporting and KPIs: prepare the monthly HR dashboard and track onboarding, training, performance review, employee concern, turnover, and offboarding KPIs for the COO.
